{I’ve learned quite a bit during my journey in Forrest Yoga Foundation teacher training, but perhaps the best lesson I’ve learned is to constantly ask myself: “Does whatever I’m doing/about to do brighten or dim my Spirit?” We’re surrounded by stress and tension and sadness and anger, so thinking about whether our actions feed our addictions or nourish the people we want to be is an immensely important gift. Triggers are out there, practically everywhere, so learning how to use them to set us free from our pain and suffering is so vital to living the lives we want to live and connecting to our Spirits. Feed yourself with love and light and know you’re ever deserving.
feelgood-andhealthy asked: wow i just went through a lot of your pages and tagged things about you and ily ok (and also do you like BU because i'm looking at colleges and i really wanna go to the west coast but BU is so appealing)

Anonymous asked: what do you do for training? like, what's your exercise routine?
A do a little bit of crossfit, but mostly yoga! I’m currently in Forrest Yoga teacher training.
{My strength right now is incredible, physically and emotionally. If this training has taught me anything, it’s to do anything to make myself fucking happy.
