I broke down on the train today.
There was a young man standing across from me. He was wearing tired work boots, and purple jeans that faded to black. A yellow shirt with some kind of embroidery was hiding beneath his old winter jacket.
I stared at him for quiet a while. It’s a bad habit I have, looking at people and trying to read their history. He was clean shaven, carrying a whole foods bag. I couldn’t tell...
