{Watching the sun rise over the Boston skyline this morning after a day like yesterday was a pretty beautiful gift. It gave me time to reflect on the tragedy, but it also gave me an opportunity to just appreciate. There is so much negativity going around, and rightfully so, but what we really need to do is love. Sit for a moment and send out compassion and positivity and faith and truth to the people close to you and the people far away. Meditate on purity and hope, and meditate for the ones who need it. Sure, there are way too many bad guys in this world, but the power and strength of all the good is so much stronger. Breathe in peace, breathe out peace.

{This family of three came to every single one of my Sunday classes for the past month or two. They were too adorable for words, so naturally I had to snap this picture during savasana at the last class I’ll teach to them for a few months. I’ll miss them tons!
