30 Day Challenge- DAYS 3, 4, 5, & 6
FINALLY!
Warrior 1

What was the most damaging event in your life that gave you a negative self-image?
In high school, I wasn’t very good to myself. The things I did made it seem like I really didn’t have any respect for myself. I got involved in some relationships that I probably shouldn’t have, which ultimately messed with the way I saw myself. I’m glad that I was able to power through them, and become the strongest person I have ever been.
Warrior 2

Who inspires you most? Which qualities inspire you, in each person?
Everyday, I am constantly inspired by three people, two public figures and one whom I am so blessed to call a best friend.
1. Demi Lovato is a strong and beautiful woman who, especially in the past year, has overcome so many struggles, and continues to fight for a happier future. Her passion is admirable and her hope is beyond influential.
2. Sophia Bush’s compassion and love towards humanity serves as the perfect source of inspiration. She is always giving and promoting a safer and more care-free environment.
3. Laura Ahrens continues to grow as a beautiful human and teacher, and I am thankful everyday that I have her as a best friend and a guru. Check her out and you’ll know why I find her so inspiring: @laurahrens; http://laurahrens.tumblr.com/

Have you ever been in a car accident? What happened?
Thankfully, I never have.

What does intimacy means to you?
Everything.
30 Day Challenge- DAY 1
Downward facing dog
Here is a picture of my downdog (split), taken in October:

And here’s my most recent downdog! I’m pretty proud of it!:

What are your favorite things to do in the past? What about now?
The benefit of wearing yoga clothes all day, every day?
Yoga everywhere.
This is Giulia Pline, a dancer at Boston Conservatory and a beautiful yogi. She is also one of the greatest friends I have made in the teacher training. Over the course of the past few months, she has continued to be incredibly positive, inspiring, and helpful to all 31 other trainees in our wonderful journey. She’s graceful and incredibly talented, and as you can tell, goofy as can be.
What a gal. <3
Beautiful figurines in Kharma, a small shop in Greenport, NY. I hope my mom took note of me snapping photos of the little Buddahs! ;)
I’m going to have a breakthrough with double pigeon sometime soon…

I can feel it.
