My strength right now is incredible, physically and emotionally. If this training has taught me anything, it’s to do anything to make myself fucking happy. {

Here’s a video version :)

I’ve been working really hard on my handstands, and been working in some different leg variations. The coolest part is that here at Forrest TT, we rarely do handstands. I’m just becoming so much more aware of my body and spirit. Aho! {

Sorry I’ve been so nonexistent in the tumblr world, but I’m seriously having the most blessed time learning from Ana Forrest and her assistants. This is a training I could not be more grateful for and I’m enjoying every minute of it.

To keep you interested, enjoy this video of my handstand progress! GAH!

Here’s a picture of me and one of my roommates having our first go at acro yoga together. On our roof. In San Francisco. I’m still shocked that I’m here. For those of you who don’t know, today I began my first day on my journey to becoming a Forrest Yoga teacher. It’s an experience that I’m already extremely proud of, and I feel eternally lucky to be given the opportunity to create space for it in mylife. I’m going to sweat and cry and it will be a very intense month, but for the first time in quite a while, I feel completely ready for it. I hope that more than anything, at the end of this training I’ll be able to use my strength to dominate those demons that have set blockades in my life and help others to do the same. I know I’m going to walk out of this a tremendously stronger version of myself, and I couldn’t be more thankful.  {

This is my home (and my view) for the next month. So incredible. Tomorrow I start my foundation forrest yoga teacher training and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I’ll try to update as much as possible! Love you all, and so much love and thanks for the support you’ve given me so far!
